3. Non-Returnable Items

Customized goods, perishable items, or clearance sales are non-returnable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us at support@reedstyle.com.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may process a return after delivery according to our Return Policy.
  • Cancellation Charges: Full refund is issued for valid cancellations requested before dispatch.
